REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies to all services and products purchased from Elite Results Marketing, a DBA of Bondonlineholdings LLC. Please carefully read this refund policy in its entirety. By clicking "I Agree" to the Terms and Conditions of Use, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood this refund policy, and you agree to be bound by its terms.

Refunds for Services and Products:

All payments made to Elite Results Marketing, a DBA of Bondonlineholdings LLC, for services and products including Consulting Calls, Sales Funnels, Funnel Templates, Email Copy, and Funnel Copy, are non-refundable. Payments are not contingent upon results, return on investment, or specific income claims for your business.

Cooling-off Period and Partial Refund:

Elite Results Marketing provides customers with a three (3) day "cooling-off period" for all products and services. If you or your business purchases any products or services from Elite Results Marketing, you have the right to request a partial refund within three (3) days of the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. You must submit a refund request via email to support@eliteresultsmarketing.com.
  2. The refund request must be made within three (3) days of the purchase.
  3. Please note that it may take up to two weeks to process the refund after the initial request.
  4. Once a refund request is submitted within the three (3) day period, no further services or products will be delivered.

No Obligation for Refunds:

After the three (3) day "cooling-off period," Elite Results Marketing has no obligation to refund the purchase price for any products or services under any circumstances. This includes cases where you are dissatisfied with our offerings, choose not to use the services, are unable to adapt the products to your business needs, or have not achieved the desired leads and revenue using our products and services.

Final Sale and Zero Charge-Back Tolerance:

All services and products are provided "as is," and all purchases are considered final. Elite Results Marketing maintains a zero charge-back tolerance policy. In the event that a customer initiates a fraudulent charge-back claim with their bank, falsely claiming non-receipt of products or services despite evidence of delivery by Elite Results Marketing, the customer's future access to our products and services will be terminated. Further legal action may be pursued in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, specifically the dispute resolution by mandatory binding arbitration and class action waiver section.

Please note that this refund policy supersedes any conflicting refund policies or statements found elsewhere on the website or in other materials.
